Frozen in Time.....
On March 23, 2011, students from the Montclair Cooperative School toured MAU Headquarters on Walnut St for what has become a yearly tradition for the school.
As part of the Community Outreach Program, students learn about what EMS is, how the 9-1-1 system works and get to be "hands on" with the ambulance and other equipment.
Pictured above, former MAU EMT Robert Whitehill (who is the author of the Ben Blackshaw series of books) shows the students the Map Room and how we find locations throughout Montclair.
Tours of MAU Headquarters and other programs are available through MAU Community Outreach. Click HERE for more information.

Montclair, NJ - Montclair Ambulance Unit would like to thank yeveryone who came out to support Fall Fest and Montclair Ambulance Unit’s Duck Derby! It was a privilege to partner with Township of Montclair’s Department of Recreation and Cultural Affairs to celebrate an amazing Fall day with the community. The day was a spe-quackular success and even the ducks enjoyed the day, which was apparent as they took their own sweet time during the race. They must have been distracted by the excited faces of their fans watching the race!
